Raiders Have "Record" Day!
This is the one I've been waiting for.  It seems all season long we were taking two steps forward, and one step back. Finally, everything came together at our last meet competing as a team.  With beautiful weather, we were about to experience a PR kind of a day.  In total, the Raider girls posted 12 Personal Season Records, and 7, Career Personal Records!  Lauren Price, (Career PR) Kylie DeNardo (PR), Alyssa Kain (PR), MAry Kate Pinkelman (PR), Maggie Riley (PR), Olivia Weber (Career PR), Ava Benes (Career PR), Makenna Miller (Career PR), Sarah Ledford (Career PR), Emily Frieling (Career PR), and Madelyn Weber (PR).  Congratulations go to our All Conference Athletes, Lauren Price, 13th, and Kylie DeNardo (15th).  The Conference Meet has always been a emotional meet, both for the girls, and me.  It's our last meet when all the girls get to compete.  It's particularly hard for our seniors, some who competed in their last High School Meet ever.  Many tears were shed by the girls including a coach or two!  Thank you Sara Ledford, Kylie DeNardo, Alyssa, Kain, Naomi Friedman, and Emily Frieling for sharing your journey with all of us.  We appreciate your leadership, but perhaps more importantly, your friendship.  We are better because of you!
