Raiders Have PR Parade!     Tolefree/Farley Invitational   September 24th, 2022

On a cool, early Fall morning, our Team showed up!  Every single girl on our Team had at least one PR!  We can credit the cooler temperatures for some of that, but what I saw was something different.  What started last week at Cantigny, blossomed at Midlothian Meadows.  For the very first time this season our girls demonstrated a little thing called confidence!  To be honest, it’s been a rough season.  Many of our girls have been in and out of the lineup.  We just couldn’t seem to get any momentum going.  Hopefully, Tolefree/Farley was just the beginning of better results to come.  Let’s keep these good vibes going!  In total, 5 girls ran career bests! Congratulations to Diana Kalvelage, Taylor Koenig, Simone Witort, Mariela Flores, and Maria Aldama!  Lauren Price, Madelyn Weber, and Ava Benes ran Season’s bests and Meet PR’s, with Olivia Weber, season PR and Maggie Riley, meet PR, completing the sweep!  Perhaps the biggest surprise was our Varsity Team finish!  The girls finished 2^nd overall and took home a plaque in the Olympic Division!   You earned it!   Well done Raiders!  It was tough to pick just one for Raider of the Meet as this was really a Team effort.  Everyone stood out!
